What We're All About

Housed in a traditional Joglo, with an open-air atmosphere and Indonesian-inspired interior, new restaurant The Aria serves up progressive Asian cuisine with a focus on open-flame cooking.

Modernizing classic Southeast Asian cooking methods, we brings a focus to the region's flame-cooked dishes. In Indonesian and across Southeast Asia, ingredient are often prepared in natural vessels, from bamboo chutes to leaves and claypots, and then cooked slowly over a wood-fire, allowing ingredient and vessel to come together and create something special. Our Large Plates feature dishes like the Ayam Bakar Di Buluh (grilled chicken cooked in bamboo with Manadonese spices), Sumatran Beef Rendang, and Javanese Claypot Curry. Small Plates include delicate bites like Slipper Lobster Dumpling to Crispy School Prawn with Curry Aioli. Even Desserts introduce an element of fire and smoke, such as the Smoked Cardamom Creme Brulee. However, outside of the traditional, the menu also features comfort foods like pastas, pizzas, and burgers, or a grazing menu to enjoy together.

This family-friendly restaurant welcomes guests into their large, open-plan venue with views out to the rice-fields and a lawn invites children to play.

Our talented team works around the clock to offer a mix of fresh flavors and a delectable atmosphere. Book your table today.
